By accessing or using WaitlistKit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WaitlistKit provides tools to create waitlist pages, collect signups, track referrals, and manage contacts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to collect data without consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including contacts and campaign content. We do not sell your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits. Paid plans may be offered with additional features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitlistKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
